Coweta-Fayette EMC has partnered with two elementary schools in our service territory – Brooks Elementary in Fayette County and Western Elementary in Coweta County. Partnerships are formed so that both parties can have a better understanding of each other’s operations and employees of both are provided with job enrichment experiences. Your EMC has: • Assisted with special events • Helped with playground equipment, art supplies and various other needs • Provided dinner for parent/teacher meetings • Served on school councils • Mentored to students with special needs • Presented awards to outstanding students • Presented teachers with special gifts on National Teacher Day • Participated in Western Schools “Red Ribbon” week to show the EMC's support towards keeping drugs out of our schools. Our Partners help us, too: For the past three years students from our two schools have designed the EMC’s Christmas card that is sent to employees and fellow business partners. This year’s card was designed by students at Brooks Elementary.
