The above charges are subject to a monthly Wholesale Power cost adjustment. The Whole Sale Power Cost Adjustment is used to adjust the rates charged to members when the price for fuel to generate electricity (primarily natural gas and coal) rises and falls over time. Whole Sale Power Cost Adjustments can be additions or subtractions to a rate depending on how much Coweta-Fayette’s wholesale power producers had to pay for generation fuels. |
